摘　　要：小河口水库是一座以灌溉防洪为主的中型水库,基于水库的除险加固工程设计,文中提出了建设大坝安全监测系统的原则,并针对水库特点提出建设小河口水库安全监测系统的系统结构,最后列出了系统实际投入运行时应该注意的几个问题。The Xiaohekou Reservoir is a medium scale reservoir and its chief functions are irrigation and flood control. Based on the design of the danger-preventing reinforcement project, the principle about building the dams＂ safety monitoring system is put forward in the paper. Then, according to the feature of the Xiaohekou Reser- voir, the system construction of the dams＂ safety monitoring system is put forward. At last, several questions should be attended are listed after the system runs practically.
