摘 要:为查明噪声在水平和垂直方向的变化特点,对西安市南郊南二环路段与长安南路的道路噪声进行实地监测.监测结果表明,白天(7∶00-18∶00)南二环和长安南路主干道的噪声平均值分别是70.73 dB和70.68 dB,夜间(19∶00-6∶00)噪声平均值分别是68.27 dB和67.55 dB,夜间超标严重,超标10 dB之多;道路噪声随水平距离的增加而降低;道路噪声在垂直方向上70 m高度范围内呈现由低到高,之后又变低的变化特点.通过分析道路噪声污染传播途径和造成噪声污染的各种原因,提出了解决噪声污染措施:拓宽道路,在道路交通主干道两侧预留绿化带,在步行道和建筑物之间再配以乔灌木和草地等植物群落,用疏水沥青低噪声路面,优化车道,调整交通信号及加强交通管理等.In order to detect the change characteristics of road noise in horizontal direction and vertical direction. Road noise monitoring in Second Circular road and south of Chang'an road in the South Suburb of Xi'an. The average road noise of daytime in Second Circular road and south of Chang'an road is 70. 48 dE and 68.91 dE respectively. The average values of road noise is 66.03 dE and 66.93 dE, over-standard 10 dE in the night. And increase of distance with the decreases value of road noise in horizontal direction. The value of road noise has significantly increased, then it is relatively stable, at the last the value of road noise is decreased in the vertical height of 70 m. Through analysis of transmission route and cause of road noise, put forward some countermeasures against road noise pollution: pavement widening, designing green belt along main roadsides, compounding plant community such as tree, shrub and herb reduce the effect of road noise, amelioration of road surface, adjusting traffic signal , strengthening traffic management and so on.
