摘　　要：在对文山州少数民族传统体育人才需求的调查研究基础上,分析少数民族传统体育人才资源的现状和制约少数民族传统体育人才资源开发的原因,提出少数民族传统体育人才的开发对策。On the basis of the research on the need for traditional sports talents of Wenshan ethnic minorities, the article studies the present resources of sports talents, further examines the obstacles to the development and finally makes suggestions for filling the need for talented persons.
