建构具有竞争创新活力意识的社会主义“和谐文化”

摘　　要：在建设社会主义和谐文化和和谐社会的过程中,应以马克思主义为指导,充分地发掘和发挥中国传统和谐文化的科学价值,批判地继承和发扬中华民族优秀文化传统崇尚和谐的精髓。中国文化在传统形式上并不缺少和谐成分,缺少的主要是对竞争创新的高度重视及开拓,并且这是中国至今在一定程度上仍然存在的问题。所以,我们要克服中国文化传统重和谐轻竞争和创新的倾向,积极建构有竞争创新活力的和谐文化和社会。In building a socialist harmonious society and its culture, we should take the Marxism as the guideline, enable traditional harmonious culture play its parts to the full, carries forward and develops such excellent Chinese cultural traditions embracing harmony. Harmonious elements can be found in the from of Chinese culture, however, sufficient attention or development hasn＇t been given to competition and innovation, which still remains very much a live issue today. Therefore, the traditional orientation to place more emphasis on harmony than competition and innovation should be changed to establish a highly competitive and creative socialist harmonious society and its culture with vitality.
