慢性肺心病急发期植物神经类型与体液免疫关系的研究

摘　　要：应用放免法测定了８４例慢性肺心病急发期的ＩｇＧ、ｓＩｇＡ、ＩｇＥ、ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ。从临床及实验室角度判定慢性肺心病急发期植物神经类型，并分析与免疫球蛋白及预后之间的关系。结果表明，慢性肺心病急发期植物神经类型分为均衡型（４８／８４例，５７．１％），交亢型（１７／４８例，２０．２％），亢奋型（１２／８４例，１４．３％），迷亢型（７／８４例，８．３％）。各型与免疫球蛋白及预后的关系为，均衡型ＩｇＧ、ｓＩｇＡ最高，亢奋型第二，而迷亢型最低，均衡型与迷亢型相比差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＩｇＥ在各型之间无明显差异。均衡型病死率最低（６．３％），亢奋型第二，交亢型第三，迷亢型病死率最高（５７．１％）。提示慢性肺心病急发期植物神经类型不同，免疫功能不同，植物神经类型和免疫功能共同影响临床表现及预后。To study the relationship between plant nerve types and immunoglobulin of acute stage of chronic cor pulmonale,we measured IgG,sIgA,IgE,cAMP,cGMP of 84 patients with chronic cor pulmonale by radioimmunoassay during their acute stage.The result showed that the plant nerve type of chronic cor pulmonale during acute stage were classified:even 48/84(57.1%),sympathetic exciting 17/84(20.2%),exciting 12/84(14.3%) and parasympathetic exciting type 7/84(8.3%).The relationships among all the types and immunoglobulin and prognosis were below:even IgG,sIgA was the highest,parasympathetic IgG,sIgA was the lowest.In even type the mortality was the lowest (6.3%),exciting was the second,sympathetic was the third,parasympathetic was the highest(57.1%).The results indicated that the type of plant never,immunoglobulin of acute stage of chronic cor pulmonale affect the clinical manifestation and prognosis.
