济宁市2005～2006年艾滋病确认病例流行病学分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解我市HIV流行动态及特征,明确今后防治工作重点。[方法]对济宁市2005-2006年艾滋病检测结果进行统计分析。[结果]两年来累计检出HIV感染者68例,其中戒毒所吸毒人员检出HIV感染者35例,男性33例,女性2例;感染率为13.7%;自愿咨询检测HIV抗体,检出感染者3例,男性2例,女性1例,感染率为2.01%;艾滋病网络初筛实验室复核并确认HIV感染者33例,男性18例,女性15例。[结论]济宁市艾滋病仍处于低感染阶段,有快速增长趋势,提示艾滋病防治工作任重道远。[Objective ] To investigate epidemic developments and characteristics of HIV in Jining City, and to indentify emphases of task for prevention and cure. [Methods] The detection results of AIDS were analyzed from 2005 to 2006 in Jining City. [Results] There were 68 infected persons by HIV in two years. Among them, the HIV infected drug addicts were 35 eases, in which the male were 33 cases and the female were 2 cases, and the infected rate was 13.7 percent; the infected voluntary consultants were 3 cases, in which the male were 2 cases and the female was one case, and the infected rate was 2.01 percent. There were 33 infected persons who were checked and notarized as AIDS patients through screening by network rechecking by lab. Among them, the male were 18 eases and the female were 15 cases. [Conclusion] AIDS is still in the low infected phase in Jining, which is increasing quickly. So our KIDS prevention and cure work shoulder heavy responsibilities.
