摘　　要：本文从现行我国医药购销领域商业贿赂的法律入手,分析现行法律制度,针对其不足之处,提出对策研究,从法律层面构建防治医院购销领域商业贿赂的长效机制。This article analyzed our country＇s existing law system starting with law regulations of business bribery of field in medical purchase and sale. This article put countermeasure for deficiency of the system so as to constitute mechanism of preventing business bribery of field in medical purchase and sale from the aspect of law.
