私人药店参与结核病病例发现的能力及意愿研究

摘　　要：[目的]探索重庆地区私人药店参与结核病控制的能力及意愿,为重庆地区结核病病人发现模式提出新的思路。[方法]采用定性研究方法,对15家药店的老板(管理人员)或者雇员进行深入访谈。[结果]私人药店能够接触到大量的结核病疑似病人,其中流动人口占有较大比例,药店工作人员对结核病有基本的认识,且几乎所有的药店老板和工作人员都愿意合作共同发现结核病人。[结论]药店工作人员具有参与结核病人发现的潜力和意愿,应做进一步深入研究探讨药店与结防机构合作的可行性及机制。[Objective] To explore the ability and willingness of private pharmacies owners （managers） and staff relative to collaborate in TB control activities, thus to provide new ideas to develop the more practical and effective TB case deteation mode. [Methods] Qualitative methods were used to interview the bosses, managers or employees of 15 pharmacies were interviewed with the in-depth interviews. [ Results] Private pharmacies could get in touch with many suspicious tuberculosis pcdents, among whom migrants were majority. Most pharmacy staff had a fair knowledge on TB symptoms and was willing to collaborate in TB case detection. [Conclusion] Most pharmacy staff have wi.Uingness and potential to collaborate in TB case detection, further study should be carried out to assess the feasibility and mechanism.
