新型淋球菌培养基分离培养淋球菌的研究

摘　　要：[目的]比较自制新型淋球菌培养基与进口Thayer-Martin(T-M)淋球菌选择培养基分离培养淋球菌的性能,并观察其保存期长短。[方法]鉴定淋球菌,接种两种淋球菌培养基分离培养,比较各自阳性率;接种不同保存时间段的新型淋球菌培养基,比较培养性能。[结果]两种培养基对淋球菌的分离阳性率一致,差异无统计学意义。不同时间段新型淋球菌培养基对淋球菌的培养性能一致,差异无统计学意义。[结论]新型淋球菌培养基具有经济、培养性能高等优点,可以替代进口T-M培养基。[ Objective ] To compare the function of self-made new style gonococcus mediums with the import gonococcus medium （T-M） on isolating and culturing the gonococcus, and observe its preserving time. [Methods] The gonococcus were identified, followed by inoculation of two kinds of ganococcus mediums to isolate and culture, finally their positive rates were compared. The gonococcus mediums were inoculated in different preserving periods, and their cuhivative function was compared. [ Results] The isolated positive rate of two kinds of culture mediums for gonococcus showed to be coincident, no significant difference was found. The cultivative function of new style gonococcus medium for gonococcus in different preserving periods was still coincidence. [Conclusion] The new style culture medium has the advantages of economy and high sensitivity and can be a substitution of T-M culture medium in isolating gonococcus.
