南昌市传染病信息网络直报综合质量评估

摘　　要：[目的]评价南昌市传染病监测信息网络直报(以下简称网络直报)质量,探讨影响网络直报质量的因素,进一步规范网络直报工作。[方法]通过国家《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》获取南昌市各级各类医疗卫生机构报告的法定传染病个案信息,进行相关指标比较分析。[结果]网络直报率除22所专业防制所(站)为68.18%,其余医疗卫生机构平均为99.46%;县及县以上医疗机构传染病报告占总报告数的87.12%;与2005年比较,2006年报告及时率上升20.55%(χ2=1251.59,P﹤0.0000),审核及时率上升14.95%(χ2=1021.76,P﹤0.0000);两年传染病报告填报时间均存在逻辑错误。[结论]南昌市网络直报工作总体运行良好,基层医疗机构网络直报工作有待全面加强。运用ISO9000核心概念-过程方法进行全面质量监控,将有效地提升网络直报综合质量。[Objective] To evaluate the quality of direct network report system about infectious diseases and to explore the quality factors related to the direct network repotting system in Nanchang City for the further standardization of this system. [ Methods] To obtain the individual infection disease ease itformation through the Report and Management System of Disease Monitoring, then the related indices were compared and analyzed. [ Results] The direct network reporting rate of the 22 professional medical institutions was 68.18%, the mean of other institutions was 99.46%. 87.12% of the reporting eases were from the medical institutions at the county level and above; When eompared with that of 2005, the timely-reporting rate of infectious disease increased by 20.55% （x^2 = 1 251.59, P〈 0,000 0） and the timely-examining rate （x^2 = 1021.76, P 〈 0.000 0） increased by 14.95%. The logic mistakes were found in the 2 years communicable disease reporting, [Conclusion] The direct reporting system in Nanchang City well operated. The efforts should be made to improve the direct network report in basic level medical institutions. The core conception of ISO9000 should be used in overall quality monitoring, the intensive quality of the direct network report will be improved effectively.
