加味消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹42例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将82例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组。治疗组42例采用加味消风散治疗,对照组40例采用口服西替利嗪、酮替芬、雷尼替丁治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.48%,对照组总有效率为70%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:加味消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Jia Wei Xiao Feng San on the treatment of chronic urticaria patients.Methods:82 chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups.42 patients in treatment group were treated with Jia Wei Xiao Feng San.40 patients in control group were treated with oral cetirizine,Ketotifen and Ranitidine.4 weeks was a course of treatment and the effectiveness was made statistically after one course.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.48% while the total effective rate of the control group was 70%.The comparison of the two group showed significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jia Wei Xiao Feng San has a definite effect on the treatment of chronic urticaria patients.
