摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定海珠喘息定片中盐酸去氯羟嗪和盐酸氯丙那林的含量。方法:采用Scienhome C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),以甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(60:40)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长为213 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:盐酸去氯羟嗪和盐酸氯丙那林均在8~420μg·mL^-1范围内与其各自对应的峰面积呈良好线性关系(r≥0.9995),回收率在99.2%~100.8%之间,精密度RSD≤1.21%。结论:本法操作简便,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,可用于海珠喘息定片中盐酸去氯羟嗪和盐酸氯丙那林的质量监测。Objective: To develop an reversed -phase high performance liquid chromatography for determination of decloxizine hydrochloride and clorprenaline hydroehloride in Haizhuchuanxiding tablet. Methods: The column: adopted was Scienhome C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm i. d. , 5 μm) with mobile phase a methanol -phosphate solution (60: 40) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml· min^-1. The detection wavelength was 213 nm and the column temperature at 30 ℃. Results: The calibration curves of decloxizine hydroehloride and clorprenaline hydrochloride were linear between 8 and 420 μg ·mL^-1 ( r ≥ 0. 9995 ) . The average recoveries were between 99. 2% and 100. 8% with RSD ( n =6) values between 0. 84% and 1.21%. Conclusion: This method is simple in operation, sensitive and reliable in determination results and it can be used for the quality control of decloxizine hydrochloride and clorprenaline hydrochloride in Haizhuchuanxiding tablet.
