摘　　要：随着自动识别技术逐渐得到市场和用户肯定,以及国内外资本市场的迅猛发展,2007年,自动识别行业的企业变身协奏曲再次奏响时代强音!从国际企业之间的相互并购到国内企业积极上市,自动识别企业的变身节奏迅速加快;如今,国内即将推出的创业板,更成为业内企业关注的焦点——资本运作已经进入自动识别产业,并用极其紧凑和强烈的节拍昭然示众,这似乎是截至目前为止,自动识别行业史上最为激烈的变身曲!With the recognition of Auto-ID market and customers and rapid development of domestic and international capital market, Once again, Auto-ID enterprises played a reforming concerto in China. From enterprise mergence to listing of domestic companies, the changing rate of erterprises has become more and more fast. Today, stock market pushes forward the second board, which attracted great forcus from many enterprises, it symbolizes that capital operation has involved into the automatic identifi cation. That may be the greatest changes ever happened in Auto-ID market in China.
