摘  要:川东北地区地层情况复杂,钻井机械钻速低,从而导致钻井周期长且极易发生钻具断裂等井下复杂事故,严重制约了该地区天然气勘探开发的进程,因此如何提高钻井速度成为该地区钻井工作的难点。在钻河坝101井的过程中,选择在适当井段采用纯空气、空气泡沫钻井技术进行试验研究,发现纯空气、空气泡沫钻井技术缩短了复杂井段的钻井作业周期,大大提高了机械钻速,降低了钻井作业综合成本,提高了经济效益。文章介绍了空气泡沫钻井技术在河坝101井的应用情况,得出相关认识,提出了有益的建议。In the northeastern Sichuan Basin,the formations are very complicated and their drilling rate is slow.An E&P to this area was influenced severely resulted from a long drilling cycle and such downhole accidents as a drilling-kit break.How to increase the drilling rate becomes a difficulty.To choose some available hole intervals to be experimental objects during well Heba-101 drilling.These experimental intervals were studied by pure air and air foam drilling technologies.It is found that these technologies can shorten a drilling period in complicated intervals,increase a penetration rate a lot,reduce a drilling cost and strengthen an economic benefit.This paper introduces the application of air foam drilling to well Heba-101.
