摘　　要：随着分布式计算技术的兴起,数据源的异构性、分布性、自治性导致了"信息孤岛"问题的出现,因而数据集成技术日益成为目前的研究热点。结合面向服务的体系结构(SOA)及Web Service技术,提出了一种基于面向服务架构的数据集成体系结构,并结合应急信息决策支持系统的开发给出了其实现方法。With the development of distributed computing technology, heterogeneous, distributed and autonomic data sources lead to the problem of islands of information. In this situation, data integration technology is increasingly becoming the current hotspot. By using service-oriented architecture（SOA） and web service technology, the architecture of data integration based on service-oriented architecture is presented. Combining with the development of emergency information decision support system, the implementation method of this architecture is introduced.
