摘　　要：目的探讨黏膜间断纵行缝扎硬化剂注射术式治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的临床疗效。方法对60例直肠黏膜内脱垂经间断纵行缝扎硬化剂注射术治疗后的临床资料进行分析总结。结果60例术后6个月随访,痊愈70%,显效6.7%,有效3.3%,无效20%。总有效率为80%。结论该术式操作简单,症状消除快,创伤小,近期疗效佳。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of discontinuous vertical-shaped ligation and injection in the surgical treatment of internal rectal mucosal prolapse. Methods Clinical data of 60 cases with internal rectal mucosal prolapse underwent discontinuous vertical-shaped ligation and injection was analyzed. Results Sixty cases were followed-up for six months. The cured rate, markedly effective rate, effective rate and ineffective rate was 70%, 10%, 3.3% and 20%, respectively. The total effective rate was 80%. Conclusion The procedure is a simple, minimally invasive, effective method with satisfactory short-term or long-term outcomes for the treatment of internal rectal mucosal prolapse.
