摘　　要：采用补充ＮａＨＣＯ３碳源的方法进行５种单细胞藻类的培养试验。结果表明，ＮａＨＣＯ３对５种单细胞藻类的生长均有明显的促进作用。该法不仅可避免污染，而且简便实用。An experiment was conducted on cultivating 5 species of unicellular algae by means of adding NaHCO 3 to the culture fluid for complement of inorganic carbon resource.The results showed NaHCO 3 had significand acceleration on the growth of unicellular algae.The advantages of the method were avoidable to pollution and simple to application.
