提高温室亲鳖产卵效果研究

摘　　要：采取塑膜大棚采光保温、锅炉增温及其它措施，使４２０池水温度保持在２８～３２℃。亲鳖自１９９５年１月１０日～１０月１１日，共产卵１８１１穴，２８３３２枚，受精率９４．５％。平均每只雌鳖产卵５．１２穴、８０．０３枚，比常温条件下平均增加产卵３．６穴、６４．８５枚，受精率提高９％，产卵期延长１５０天。The temperature of the pond water with the area of 420 was kept at 28～32℃ by means of the plastic membrance covered shed for preservation of the daylighting air temperature and the boiler for increasing the water temperature.From 10th Jan.to 11th Oct.in 1995,354 female soft shell turtles laid 28332 eggs,separately spreading in 1811 sand caves.The fertilized eggs accounted for 94.5%.Each female soft shell turtle laid 80.03 eggs in 5.12 sand caves on average,compared with those female soft shell turtles,each fo them increased 34.85 eggs and 3.6 egg laying caves on average.The fertilized eggs raised by 9%.The egg laying period prolonged 150 days.
