浅谈吉林省农业科技服务体系的建设

摘　　要：农业科技服务体系是我国农业社会化服务体系中最重要的组成部分,我国农业科技服务体系的发展方向应是大力发展专业化、社会化的中介服务组织机构,将政府的各级推广机构职能定位在提供公益性的服务上,认真落实科技部"农村科技服务体系建设星火专项行动"的建设内容,以进一步加强农村科技服务体系建设,加速农村科技成果转化。The service system of agricultural science and technology is the most important part in the agriculture social service system of our country. The direction of development in our country should be vigorously developing professional and social intermediary service agency organizations, making the functions of all levels government agencies fixe the position of providing welfare services, seriously implementing the content of ＂The Spark Special Action of Building a System of Rural Technology Services ＂ organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, so as to further strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology service and quicken the transformation of agricultural sc!entific and technological achievements.
