复方莪术油联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方莪术油泡沫剂联合微波治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法微波治疗组89例患者单纯用微波治疗;复方莪术油泡沫剂联合微波治疗组106例患者在用微波治疗前、后各用复方莪术油泡沫剂10天,术后1个月、2个月时随访治疗效果。结果两组患者术后1个月、2个月宫颈糜烂的痊愈率(2χ=10.93,P<0.01;2χ=12.31,P<0.01)、有效率(2χ=16.30,P<0.01;2χ=4.06,P<0.05)以及术后阴道排液(2χ=19.15,P<0.01)、阴道出血(2χ=29.38,P<0.01)的比较存在显著性差异,复方莪术油泡沫剂联合微波治疗组疗效优于微波治疗组,而副反应较少。结论复方莪术油泡沫剂联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效满意,值得推荐。Objective To observe therapeutic effects of compounded zedoary turmeric oil foam combined with microwave therapy on Ⅱ and Ⅲ degrees of cervical erosion. Methods 195 women with cervical erosion were divided into two groups： single microwave therapy group （group A） and compounded zedoary turmeric oil foam combined with microwave therapy group （combined treatment group, group B） randomly. 89 women with cervical erosion in the group A were treated with single microwave and 106 women with cervical erosion in the group B were treated with compounded zedoary turmeric oil foam before and after microwave therapy for 10 days. All women in the two groups were followed-up at 1 month and 2 months after treatment and their therapeutic effects were observed. Results There were significant differences in curative rate （χ^2 = 10.93, P 〈 0.01 ; χ^2= 12.31, P 〈 0.01 ）, effective rate （χ^2 = 16.30, P 〈 0.01 ; χ^2 = 4.06, P 〈 0.05 ）, vaginal apocenosis （χ^2= 19.15, P 〈 0.01 ） and transvaginal bleeding （χ^2 = 29.38, P 〈 0.01 ） between the two groups. The therapeutic effect of combined treatment was superior to single microwave therapy .group, and less side effects were found. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combination of compounded zedoary turmeric oil foam and microwave therapy is satisfactory for cervical erosion and worthy to be recommended.
