摘 要:目的了解新建本科院校大学生的社会支持情况,探讨社会支持对心理健康的影响,以便更好地开展心理健康教育。方法采用社会支持量表(SSRS)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对504名大学生进行问卷调查。结果新建本科院校大学生在社会支持3个维度上评分较低,与其他院校相比差异具有显著性;不同性别的大学生在对支持的利用度上差异具有显著性;文科与理科大学生在对支持的利用度上差异具有显著性;来自城市与农村的大学生在社会支持上差异无统计学意义;大学生SCL-90大部分因子分与社会支持评分有显著的相关性;回归分析表明大学生社会支持对心理健康有显著的影响。结论社会支持对大学生心理健康有显著影响。Objective To study social support for the upgraded college students, to probe into its effects on their mental health and to promote mental health education. Methods Using Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL- 90), 504 students in colleges were surveyed. Results There were significant differences in degree of employing support among their sexes and between learning literal arts or science; and there were no statistical meaning between the students from city and from county. The scores of each factor of SCL-90 are markedly correlated to that of SSRS; Regression analysis showed that so- cial support affected obviously mental health of the upgraded college students. Conclusion Social Support has significant effects on mental health of the upgraded college students.
