元宝枫黄酮对肉鸡红细胞免疫机能的影响

摘　　要：试验选择1日龄雄性艾维茵肉仔鸡375只,随机分为5个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复25只鸡,进行为期42d的试验。结果表明:添加元宝枫黄酮(5g、10、20、40mg/kg)能够显著提高2～6周肉鸡的红细胞C3b受体花环率(P<0.01),能显著提高2～3周及5～6周红细胞IC花环率(P<0.01),其中以20mg/kg元宝枫黄酮添加剂效果最为明显。A total of 375 1-day-old AA male broilers were randomly divided into five treatments. Each group contained 3 repeates with 25 broilers.The trial lasted 42 days.The results showed that dietary flavones of Acer truncatum supplements （5,10,20,40mg/kg）could significantly improve the rate of C3b Receptor Rosette of red blood cells at the age of 2-6 weeks old （P〈0.01）, and the rate of Immune Complex Rosette of red blood cells in 2-3 and 5-6 week-old broilders （P〈0.01）,of which the flavones supplement level with 20mg/kg was the most effective.
