胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法:以L-精氨酸左下腹腔注射制备大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型,予相应药物灌胃治疗,2个月后取胰腺组织用免疫组织化学法测定TNF-α的含量。结果:模型组TNF-α含量明显高于空白组、中药对照组及中药治疗组,中药治疗组TNF-α含量低于中药对照组。结论:胰泰复方能降低胰腺组织中TNF-α的含量,对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化具有恢复作用。Objective：To investigate the influences of YITAI Compounded Medication on the expression of Tumor Nec- rosis Factor-α（TNF -α） of the model rats with chronic pancreatitis fibrosis. Methods：We established the chronic pancreatitis rats model with L- arginine with the method of celia injection, and gave them YITAI Compounded Medication and collected pancreas to check the contents of TNF -α with the method of immune histochemistry. Results ：The contents of TNF-α in model group was obviously higher than normal group, Chinese medicine control group and Chinese medicine treatment group,the contents of TNF-α in Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than Chinese medicine control group. Conclusion：YITAI Compounded Medication can decrease the contents of TNF -α in pancreas, so it plays an important role in the recovery of chronic pancreatitis fibrosis.
