摘　　要：以变应性鼻炎豚鼠为模型,观察到鼻敏康颗粒可明显降低变应性鼻炎豚鼠鼻黏膜组织中IL-4mRNA基因表达水平,与中、西对照药比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。Adopted allergic rhinitis guinea pigs as model, and observed how Biminkang granules affected the level of gene expression of IL - 4mRNA, The results display that Biminkang granules can decrease the the level of gene expression of IL - 4mRNA in nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis guinea pigs, and has significant differences with control group （ P 〈 0.01）.
