消肿祛斑胶囊治疗下肢淤血性皮炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消肿祛斑胶囊治疗下肢淤血性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将175例患者随机分为两组,研究组103例,用消肿祛斑胶囊治疗,对照组72例,用七叶素片治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:研究组在修复皮损(P<0.01)和改善临床计分方面(P<0.05)均优于对照组。研究组未见副作用,对照组出现胃肠道刺激症状。结论:消肿祛斑胶囊治疗下肢瘀血性皮炎疗效肯定。Objective： To observe therapeutic effect of Xiaozhong Quban Capsule on stasis dermatitis of low. Method： 175 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the research group of 103 cases were treated with Xiaozhong Quban Capsule and the control group of 72 cases with Aescin. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results ： The research group was better than the control group on recovery from skin damage（ P 〈 0.01 ） and improvement in clinical score （ P 〈 0.05）. Any adverse reaction was not found in the research group but gastrointestinal tract irritative symptoms were found in the control group. Conclusion： Xiaozhong Quban Capsule has a definite therapeutic effect on stasis dermatitis.
