愈疡止血胶治疗十二指肠球部溃疡出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胃镜下喷洒结合口服愈疡止血胶对十二指肠球部溃疡出血的疗效,探讨其作用机理。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例十二指肠球部溃疡出血患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规处理,治疗组除常规处理外,在胃镜下针对出血病灶局部喷洒愈疡止血胶Ⅰ号,并口服愈疡止血胶Ⅱ号4次/天。两组用药5天后均复查胃镜,结束临床观察。结果:在临床的止血疗效评定上,治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.77%、79.31%,痊愈率分别为64.52%、37.93%,差异有显著性(P<0.05),以治疗组为优;在胃镜下溃疡愈合疗效评定时,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.55%、72.41%,痊愈率分别为41.94%、17.24%,两者相比较,亦以治疗组为优,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:愈疡止血胶在胃镜下喷洒结合口服治疗十二指肠球部溃疡出血具有确切的效果。Objective：This paper observed the effect of YuYang ZhiXue Jiao to treat the curative effect bleeding of dodeeadactylon ball headquarter ulcer sprinkling by gastroscope combining with taking the medicine, discussed it＇s effect mechanism. Methods：In the clinical study, totally 60 patients accord with standard were collected. They were randomly divided into two groups,one was the contrast group and the other was cure group. They were all gaven routined handles. Furthermore,the patients in cure group were sprinkled YuYang ZhiXue Jiao Ⅰ to the bleeding location under the gastrscope,and taking YuYang ZhiXue Jiao Ⅱ four times. All the patients were examined by gastroscope after 5 days and the treatment were completed then. Results：Compared the total c/inical curative effect,the effective rate of the two groups was 96. 77% and 79. 31% ,the recovering rate of the two was 64.52% and 37.93% ,the differences of 2 groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the cure group treatment was superior to another group treatment. Compared the curative effect by using the gastroscope, there were significant differences among 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the effective rate of the two groups was 93.55% and 72.41% ,the recovering rate of the two was 41.94% and 17.24% ,and the cure group treatment was also superior to another group treatment. During the treatment period, no one happened serious bad reaction. Conclusion：By sprinkling the YuYang ZhiXue Jiao through gastroscope and taking the YuYang ZhiXue Jiao,the treatment to the bleeding of dodeeadactylon ball headquarter ulcer had definite curative effect.
