强心合剂治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察强心合剂治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将左心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级或右心衰竭，辨证属心肾阳虚、血瘀水停患者分为治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组常规西药治疗，治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用强心舍剂口服，10天后观察疗效。结果：两组患者主要症状和体征、B型利钠肽、心功能均具有显著性差异，治疗组优于对照组。结论：在常规西药治疗基础上加用强心合剂可明显改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的主要症状和体征，有效降低血浆B型利钠肽水平，是一种有效的治疗手段。Objective：To observe the effect of aposem Qiangxin on the patients with chronic congestive heart falure （CHF）. Methods ： The patients of CHF with right heart or left heart function of grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ were divided into two groups. The 40 cases in the treated group were treated with aposem Qiangxin and chemical drugs, the 40 cases in control group were treated with simple chemical drugs. 10 days later,we observed the effect on the patients. Results：The important symptom and BNP of the pations in the treated group better than in the control group. Concluzion ： Aposem Qiangxin on the base of regular treatment with chemical drugs can improve the symptom and sign of the patients with CHF, so it is a effective method to CHF.
