益气养阴方对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)血管生成的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价益气养阴方鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。方法:制备CAM模型,比较大鼠含药血清和无药血清对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响情况。结果:含药血清对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜的血管生成产生明显抑制作用。结论:益气养阴方对活体血管的生成具有抑制作用,在肿瘤和其他病理情况下的血管形成治疗中具有一定的应用价值。Objective ： To assess the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Recipe on angiogensis in chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane （CAM）. Methods： Chicken CAM was adopted. Contrast the angiogenesis effect of the rat blood serum containing drugs and the normal blood serum in chick embryo chorioalantoic membrane （CAM）. Results：The rat blood serum containing drugs inhibited blood vessel formation in chicken chorioallantoi membrane. Conclusion：These result provide evidence that Yiqi Yangyin Recipe can inhibit angiogensis of cancer or angiogenesis in other pathological conditions.
