解毒消痰方抑制S180肉瘤VEGF TNF-α TGF-β1表达的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨解毒消痰方对S180荷瘤鼠VEGF、TNF-α、TGF-β1的影响。方法:建立小鼠S180皮下移植瘤模型。解毒消痰方灌胃3周后处死,测定抑瘤率,采用免疫组化法检测小鼠肿瘤组织VEGF、TNF-α、TGF-β1的表达情况。结果:解毒消痰方抑瘤率为53%,VEGF、TNF-α、TGFβ1表达水平低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒消痰方抑制S180肉瘤生长,机理可能与抑制VEGF、TNF-α、TGF-β1等炎症因子、生长因子有关。Objective-To observe the effects of Jiedu Xiaotan recipe on VEGF, TNF-α ,TGF-β1 in S180 tumor tissue in mice. Methods ：The subcutaneous transplantation tumor of S180 was established in mice. Three weeks after being administered with Jiedu Xiaotan recipe, the tumor inhibitory rate was calculated and the expression of VEGF, TNF-α ,TGF-β1was examined by immunohistochemistry therapy. Results ： In Jiedu Xiaotan group, the tumor inhibitory rate was 53% , the expression level of VEGF, TNF-α, TGF-β1 was lower than control group（ P 〈 0 . 05 ）. Conclusion：Jiedu Xiaotan recipe can restrain tumor growth, and the mechanism may be that it can degrade the expression of VEGF, TNF-α TGF-β1 in S180 tumor.
