红景天复方对游泳小鼠血乳酸及免疫器官的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察红景天复方对小鼠免疫器官和血乳酸浓度的影响。方法:40只小鼠随机分为生理盐水组、西洋参阳性对照组、红景天复方低剂量组和红景天复方高剂量组4组,用药4周后,小鼠进行无负重游泳40min,检测运动前、运动后即刻、运动后20min和运动后40min4个时间点血乳酸浓度,测定其免疫器官质量并计算相应指数。结果:低剂量组小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数与生理盐水组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01),高剂量组、西洋参组脾指数与生理盐水组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组小鼠运动前血乳酸浓度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高剂量组小鼠运动后即刻和运动后40min血乳酸值与生理盐水组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高剂量组小鼠运动后20min血乳酸值与西洋参组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红景天复方方剂能通过促进小鼠胸腺及脾脏分化发育增强小鼠免疫功能,提高小鼠机体对乳酸的清除或利用,从而促进小鼠运动性疲劳的消除。Objective：To investigate the effect of Rhodiola herb compounds decoction on mouse＇s immune organs and blood lactic acid concentration in different phases. Methods：The mice were randomly divided into four groups, including the 0.9% NS control group,Panax Quinquefolium control group（PG） ,Rhodiola herb compounds decoction low dose group （LR） and high dose group（HR）. The weight of mouse＇s immune organs were measured and the values of the blood lactic acid concentration were detected at different phases respectively after they were treated for 4 weeks and then the spleen index and the thymus index were computed. Results ：The difference of the values of spleen index and thymus index were significant diference between LR group and NS group（P 〈0.05）. Compared with NS group,there were significant difference in the values of spleen index in HR group and NS group（ P 〈 0.05）. There were no obvious difference in all groups before exereise（P 〉 0.05）. Compared with NS group, there were significant difference in values of blood lactic acid concentration in the HG group right the exercise and after 20 min（ P 〈 0.05）. At the same time, compared with PC group,there were significant difference in the HG group after exercise 20 min（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, Conclusion ：The Rhodiola herb compounds decoetion can promote the growth of the mouse＇s spleen and thymus mad so it can enhance the functions of the immune organs. And it can also promote the ability to remove or utihze the blood lactic acid fast after exercise and it may one of the mech- anisms that the Rhodiola herb compounds can promote the body to resume fatigue induced by the exercise.
