摘 要:尽管缺乏传感器和精确模型,合理的工艺流程和控制系统结构以及工人丰富的经验,仍能使回转窑过程由人工操作稳定运行。针对锌钡白煅烧过程,分析煅烧温度和窑炉转速的历史数据分布。结果表明,人工操作隐含的依据为稳定煅烧温度,从而说明了以此为目标的分段回路控制能有效解决消色力指标无法在线测量的问题。给出了自动控制的效果,并通过对比控制前后信号幅频特性,说明反馈控制对煅烧温度、窑头温度等关键变量的控制效果接近或优于人工操作。A calcinations rotary kiln process may operate smoothly without accurate models and enough sensors, due to proper technology and control strategy, and experiences of the operators. In this paper, the distributions of the history data are analyzed in terms of the relationship between calcinations temperature and rotation speed, which shows that the implicit control objective of manual operation is to stabilize the calcinations temperature. The results explain why the feedback control designed to meet the implicit objective can circumvent the lack of on-line sensor of achromatic-energy. Finally, the control results are presented and the spectra of several vital measurable variables are analyzed, which shows that the performance of the feedback control is equivelent to or better than the manual operation.
