快足小唇泥蜂属一新种和八个中国新记录种(膜翅目:方头泥蜂科)

摘　　要：记述方头泥蜂科快足小唇泥蜂属Tachysphex1新种——齿唇快足小唇泥蜂Tachysphex clypedentalis,sp.nov.,和8中国新记录种,并首次描述了中国新记录种木氏快足小唇泥蜂T.moczari Tsuneki的雌性。模式标本保存于云南农业大学昆虫标本室。A new species,Tachysphex clypedentalis from Inner Mongolia,China,is described and illustrated.The eight new record species to China,T.angustatus Pulawski,T.beaumonti Pulawski,T.incertus（Radoszkowski）,T.latifrons Kohl,T. moczari Tsuneki,T.panzeri（Vander Linden）,T.psammobius（Kohl）and T.unicolor （Panzer）are reported.The female of T.moczari Tsuneki is described and illustrated for the first time（Figs.5~6）.The type materials are deposited in the Insect Collections of Yunnan Agricultural University.Tachysphex clypedentalis, sp. nov. （Figs. 1~4） This new species is similar to T. gujaraticus Nurse, 1909, but it can be distinguished from the latter and all other congeners by the combination of the following characters： the middle of anterior margin of clypeus with two acute teeth （Fig. 1）, posterior margins of abdominal segments I^V pale brown （Fig. 4）, and pygidial plate more wider, smooth and with sparse punctures. Holotype： ♀, East outskirt in Uxin Qi, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, 29-Ⅶ-2006, LI Ting-jing; Paratype： 1♀, same data as the holotype.
