摘 要:针对锅炉这种具有非线性、参数不稳定、难以建立精确的数学模型的控制对象以及常规的PID控制存在着工况发生较大变化或外部扰动较大时,难以保证控制系统调节品质以及系统不易稳定、调节时间长且超调量大的问题,采用FUZZY-PID串级控制系统,既保留了串级控制抗内扰的性能,又结合模糊控制动态特性好的特点,并应用MATLAB工具箱进行仿真.结果表明:与传统的PID控制系统相比,FUZZY-PID串级控制系统具有更快的响应、更小的超调量、更强的抗干扰能力和更好的自适应性.A number of problems are usually associated with the control system against over-heating in power plant, such as the non-linearity and instability of variables, the difficulties in constructing a mathematic model for control and ensuring a precise regulation with conventional PID due to the variations in the working conditions and the existence of foreign interference, the difficulty in stabilizing the control system, as well as the prolonged time for the regulation. In view of these problems, a FUZZY-PID serial control system was employed, which, while keeping the intrinsic anti-jamming capability of a serial control system, has a good dynamic characteristics inherited from the fuzzy control. In addition, the MATLAB tool box can be used to carry a simulation calculation with the system. In contrast to the conventional PID control, the FUZZY-PID serial control system possesses a quicker response, smaller amount of over-regulation, stronger anti-jamming capability and better self-adaptability.
