摘　　要：韶钢炼轧厂将90 t CONSTEEL电弧炉的65 t铁水包倾翻装置改造为100 t铁水包倾翻装置.改用100 t铁水包,缩短了铁水装兑时间,稳定和提高了铁水热装率,提高了企业经济效益.The dumping gear for the 65 t ladle of the 90 t CONSTEEL EAF at SISG was upgraded to the one suitable for a 100 t ladle. The upgrading has resulted in a cut-short of the molten iron charging time, an increase of the hot charging rate and stability of the molten iron, and hence an enhancement of the enterprise＇s economic benefit.
