摘  要:论述了从印染厂污水处理站的活性污泥中分离出5株有脱色能力的菌株(T1、T2、T3、T4、T5),其中T4菌株降解能力最强.培养时间、培养温度、接种量等对菌株的脱色效果影响较大,当培养时间为3 d、培养温度34℃、投菌量10%时,脱色效果最好,脱色率可达84.5%.实验表明,混合菌的脱色效果要优于T4单菌株,脱色率可提高至87.6%.This article expounds that five species of decolorization fungus(T1 ,T2 ,Ta ,T4 ,Ts) were separated from the active sludge of the printing plant, among which T4 was the best in the capacity of decolorization. The culture time, temperature and inoculum concentration have larger effects on the decolorization. When the culture time is three days, culture temperature 34℃ and inoculum concentration 10 percent, decolorization efficiency is the best with decolorization rate of 84. 5%. In addition, experiments indicate that the decolorizing efficiency of the mixed germs is better than T4 single, and decolorization rate can increase to 87. 6% .
