摘　　要：吸入麻醉药对心肌具有预处理作用，这为围手术期心肌保护的研究和应用提供了新方法。目前有关吸入麻醉药预处理的机制尚未完全阐明，此文综述了吸入麻醉药在活性氧产生、细胞内信号转导、ATP敏感性钾通道开放及细胞凋亡通路调节等方面的研究进展。Preconditioning effect by volatile anesthetics provides new methods in perioperative cardiaoprotection, though the mechanism is far from totally elucidated. This review will introduce briefly about research progress in the mechanism of preconditioning, which includes reactive oxygen production, signal transduction, ATP sensitive potassium channel as well as apoptosis regulation.
