摘  要:对70份大豆种质资源进行了抗病性鉴定,并利用抗性相关的SSR标记验证抗病毒分子辅助选择育种的可行性。结果表明:接种SMV1和SMV3,选出双抗种质17份;单抗种质9份;双感种质44份。利用与抗SMV3相关的SSR标记Satt114和Satt362进行检测,抗病毒资源筛选的准确率分别达到82.4%和68.8%;利用与抗SMV1相关的SSR标记Satt114、Satt362、HSP176、Satt510、Satt334和Sct_033进行检测,HSP176标记达82.8%,Satt114、Satt510和Satt334标记均达70%以上,可以用作抗病毒分子辅助育种的选择标记。70份大豆种质资源经聚类可划分为两大类群,Ⅰ类群为感病群,Ⅱ类群为抗病群,分组准确。70 soybean germplasms were screened for SMV resistance by the inoculation of SMV 1 and SMV 3 strains, and the coincident rate of plant resistance to SMV and relevant molecular markers were evaluated by using soybean germplasm. By artificial inoculating SMV 1 and SMV 3, the results showed that out of these 70 germplasms, 17 were resistant to SMV 1 and SMV 3, 9 were resistant to SMV 1 or SMV 3, and 44 were susceptible to SMV 1 and SMV 3. Two SSR markers related to SMV 3 resistance from Zhongxuan 95 -5117×HB 1 were used to screen 70 soybean germplasms. The coincident rate of Satt 114 and Satt 362 with the resistant presence was 82.4% and 68.8% respectively. Six SSR markers related to SMV 1 resistance from Hefeng 25×Dongnong 93 -046 were used to screen the 70 soybean germplasm. The coincident rate of HSP 176 with the resistant presence was 82.8%. The average coincident rate of Satt 114, Satt 510 and Satt 334 with the resistant presence was over 70%. The above markers related to SMV 1 and SMV 3 resistance were available for the marker assisted selection for SMV resistant soybeans. Phenogram was constructed by using an unweighted pair-group method with arithmetical averages (UPGMA) -for the classification of the 70 soybean germplasms. These 70 germplasm were grouped as I: resistant group and II: susceptible group.
