摘 要:以大豆幼根为材料,研究了尖孢镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporium)毒素对不同大豆抗性品种PAL、POD和PPO酶活性的影响。结果表明,大豆幼根用尖孢镰孢菌毒素处理后,抗病和感病品种的PAL、POD和PPO活性增加,随着处理时间延长,逐渐下降,抗病品种出现酶峰时间晚,且活性高于感病品种。The effect of toxin from Fusarium oxysporum on defense enzyme activities was studies in different varieties of soybean. The result showed that the changes in activities of PAL, POD and PPO in cell were similar. All of them were increased rapidly at the beginning of treatment, and the increasing rate slowed down gradually over time. The peak of PAL, POD and PPO activity in resistant variety appeared later than those in susceptible one, and these enzyme in resistant variety had higher level activities.
