摘 要:用改进的BCR四步连续提取法,分析泉州湾潮间带表层沉积物中9种重金属的赋存形态.结果表明,Mn主要以弱酸溶态存在,Pb,Cu主要以可还原态存在,而Fe,V,Cr主要以残渣态为主,重金属的迁移性顺序为Mn>Pb>Cu>Co>Zn>Ni>Cr>V>Fe.潜在生态风险指数法评价结果显示,Cu,Ni生态危害程度较高,Zn,Pb生态危害程度较低;Cu,Zn,Ni,Cr,Pb 5种重金属元素的综合潜在生态风险水平较高.The chemical speciation of heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Ni, Cr, Mn, Co, Fe, V, Pb) in surface sediments from Quanzhou Bay were determined using the modified BCR-four step sequential extraction procedure, proposed by the European Community Bureau of Reference (BIER). The results show that Mn is present the most highest percentage in the acid -soluble fraction and Pb,Cu highest in the reducible fraction, meaning these metals present greater mobility. The highest percentages of Fe,V and Cr were found in the residual fraction, meaning they are less harmful to the environment. The mobility order of the heavy metals studied is Mn〉Pb〉Cu〉Co〉Zn〉Ni〉Cr〉V〉Fe. The assessment on potential ecological risk indices of heavy metals indicates that Cu and Ni show relatively higher ecological hazards while Zn and Pb show relatively lower ecological hazards. The comprehensive potential ecological risk of Cu, Zn, Ni, Cr and Pb presents relatively higher degree.
