整骨接骨药丸促进骨折愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察整骨接骨药丸对骨折愈合相关临床指标的影响,以探讨其促进骨折愈合的机理。方法:随机将所选合格受试的60例Colles骨折患者分为两组,治疗组30例应用整骨接骨药丸,对照组30例应用麝香接骨胶囊,均由本院整复科同一高年资、整骨手法熟练的医生整复骨折后给药,进行为期1个月的对照观察。结果:治疗组显效率为96.67%,对照组为70.0%。从骨痂X线评定、肿胀消退情况、疼痛改善时间、骨折临床愈合时间、骨痂形成情况等几个方面进行统计学分析,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整骨接骨药丸促进骨折愈合疗效确切。Objective:To observe the influence of correlated clinical items of ZHENGGUJIEGUYAOWAN (ZGJGYW, a TCM composition) on union of fracture and approach it's mechanism of promoting union of fracture. Methods: 60 cases of patients with Colles fracture were chosen and randomly divided into two groups, group A (treat group, 30 cases, ZGJGYW used) and group B (control group, 30 cases, SHEXIANGJIEGUJIAONANG(a TCM composition) added). They were taxised fracture by same -level and versed-skill doctors, and then were carried out one month comparisonand observation. Result: Excellence ratios of two groups were respectively 96.67% and 70.0% . Such items as X-ray evaluation of bony callus, swell subsiding information, times of pain improved and clinical union of fracture, information of bony callus forming, were observed and analyzed statistically. There had statistical significance on discrepancy of two groups (P<0.05) . Conclusion: ZGJGYW had certain curative effect on promoting union of fracture.
