电针加星状神经节阻滞治疗面肌痉挛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针及电针加星状神经节阻滞治疗面肌痉挛的疗效。方法将63例患者随机分为电针组33例及针药组(电针加星状神经节阻滞组)30例进行对照观察。结果电针组显效率45.5%,针药组显效率73.3%,两组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针加星状神经节阻滞是治疗面肌痉挛的有效方法。Objective To investigate the efficacies of electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture plus stellate ganglion block in treating facial spasm.Methods Sixty-three patients were randomly allocated to an electroacupuncture group of 33 cases and an electroacupuncture plus stellate ganglion block group of 30 cases.Results The marked efficacy rate was 45.5% in the electroacupuncture group and 73.3% in the electroacupuncture plus stellate ganglion block group.There was a statistically significant difference in marked efficacy rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus stellate ganglion block is an effective way to treat facial spasm.
