大口径钢管淬火系统研制与应用

摘　　要：针对现有油井管淬火装置存在的问题，研制了大口径钢管淬火系统。该系统可自动控制钢管在进料机构上前进及落下，使钢管正好落在旋转轮上，完成受料过程。淬火过程无链条传动，大大降低了淬火机构的故障率，延长了淬火机构的使用寿命。根据API Spec 5CT要求对调质处理后钢管进行力学性能试验和尺寸检验，结果表明，用该系统进行淬火处理的钢管均符合API标准要求。生产应用表明，大口径钢管淬火系统完全有能力处理规格为西（139．7～340．0）mm ×（4．5～22．0）mm×（6000～12300）mm、钢级为N80、L80及P110钢管。The quenching system for large-caliber steel pipe is developed to solve the problem of existing quenching equipment.The system can automatically control the movement and drop on the feeding mechanism and make the steel pipe accurately drop on the rotating wheel.Since there is no chain drive during the quenching,the failure rate of the quenching mechanism is decreased greatly and the working life is extended.The mechanical performance test and size test of the steel pipe after the quality treatment according to API Spec 5CT are carried out.The results show that the steel pipe quenched with this system is in accordance with API standard.In addition,the large-caliber steel pipe quenching system is completely able to treat the N80,L80 and P110 steel pipes with the sizes of φ(139.7~340.0)mm×(4.5~22.0)mm×(6 000~12 300)mm.
