摘　　要：针对现有充油式潜水泵存在的问题,研制了125CQB5—150型磁传动潜水泵。该潜水泵的电动机轴上装有主动磁力联轴器,泵轴上装有被动磁力联轴器。电动机绕组引线上套有橡胶锥体电缆头和压帽。电动机轴旋转时,主动磁力联轴器同时旋转,通过磁力联轴器产生的推拉式磁力传递动力,将动密封转化为静密封,彻底解决了机械传动的轴封泄漏问题。这种潜水泵具有体积小、使用安全、寿命长、效率高、节能等优点,现场应用情况良好。For solving the problem of the existing oil-filling submersible pump,125CQB5-150 type magnetic drive submersible pump is developed.The electric motor shaft of the pump is equipped with active magnetic coupling device and the pump shaft is equipped with passive magnetic coupling device.The leading wire of the electric motor is sheathed with rubber cone cable head and pressing cap.While the electric motor shaft rotates,the active magnetic coupling device rotates simultaneously.The pushing magnetic force produced by the magnetic coupling device transmits power and converts dynamic sealing into static sealing,completely solving the problem of leakage in the mechanically-driven shaft.It features small volume,safe utilization,long life,high efficiency and electricity-saving with good field application.
