摘  要:高含硫油气田H2S极易通过油气井管柱的伤痕对其进行腐蚀,缩短套管和油管的寿命。为此引进美国ECKEL公司生产的φ219 mm(85/8英寸)HS HT型微牙痕液压套管钳,改造扭矩仪、液压动力站、气动卡瓦等设备,配套形成微牙痕下套管技术。该技术的应用可使套管体损伤降低到最小程度,牙痕深度小于0.08 mm,有效减轻H2S对入井套管及油管的腐蚀,延长套管及油管的使用寿命,为高含硫油气田生产开发提供技术支持。The pipe string in the high sulfur-content gas well is apt to be eroded by H2S through the damage on the string,thereby the service life of the tubing and casing may be shortened greatly.Therefore,Model HS HT φ219 mm hydraulic tong are imported from American ECKEL company.By reforming the torque gauge,hydraulic power station and pneumatic slip,this hydraulic tong can carry out casing running with micro-tooth mark.The technology can reduce the casing damage to the smallest degree with tooth mark depth less than 0.08 mm,thus effectively lessening the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide on casing and tubing,extending their working life and providing technology support for the development of high sulfur-content gas well.
