摘 要:用过氧乙酸原位法制备了不同环氧值的环氧化端羟基聚丁二烯,研究了反应温度,反应时间,过氧化氢与端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)、冰乙酸与HTPB及磺酸催化剂与HTPB质量比等对产物环氧值、羟值及开环率的影响,并用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,用过氧乙酸原位法可有效控制产物的开环率。最佳环氧化反应条件为反应温度50℃、反应时间7 h、过氧化氢与HTPB质量比2.50、冰乙酸与HTPB质量比0.90、磺酸催化剂与HTPB质量比0.15。The epoxidized hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (EHTPB) with different epoxide number were prepared by peroxide acetic acid in-situ. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, hydrogen peroxide/hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) (mass ratio), acetic acid/HTPB (mass ratio ) and sulfonic acid catalyst/HTPB (mass ratio) on epoxy value, hydroxyl value and ring opening probability were investigated. The EHTPB was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the ring opening probability of product was controlled effectively. The optimum conditions were hydrogen peroxide/HTPB (mass ratio) 2.50, acetic acid/HTPB ( mass ratio) 0.90, sulfonic acid catalyst/HTPB ( mass ratio) 0. 15 at 50 ℃ for7 h.
