摘 要:对Fenton预氧化-混凝法联用技术处理麦草浆中段废水进行了研究,探讨了Fenton氧化条件、混凝阶段pH值以及混凝剂投加量等因素对麦草浆中段废水COD和浊度去除率的影响,确定了最佳处理条件。结果表明,Fenton预氧化-混凝法处理麦草浆中段废水可以取得良好效果,COD去除率达94.17%,出水COD为180mg/L,浊度去除率达到97%,出水浊度为40NTU,符合造纸工业水污染物排放标准。红外光谱的分析结果表明:Fenton处理增加了废水的可絮凝性,Fenton-混凝处理比单独Fenton处理效果好。The treatment of the Effluent from Washing and Bleaching Plants of the Wheat Straw Pulping Lines by Fenton-coagulation process is studied. The factors having effect on COD and turbidity removal by Fenton -coagulation process, such as Fenton oxidation condition, coagulant dosage and pH in the following coagulation stage, are discussed. Then the optimal operating conditions are determined under which COD removal is up to 94.17%,and COD is 180mg/L; turbidity removal is up to 97%, and turbidity is 40NTU. The results show that fenton-coagulation process is an effective method for the treatment of the Effluent from Washing and Bleaching Plants of the Wheat Straw Pulping Lines, which matches the standard for discharge of wastewater from pulp and paper mills. FTIR results show that Fenton process makes the flocculation of waste water easier, so Fenton-coagulation process will get better results.
