摘　　要：知识经济时代对信息服务业提出了更高、更快、更专的要求,而作为信息服务行业一部分的图书馆剪报服务,电子剪报技术也产生了许多新变化。数据异地同步传输的实现,帮助用户在第一时间获取新信息,极大地提高了剪报的实效性和价值。With the coming of knowledge economy era, the news clipping service has been deeply transformed by the technology. The application of off - site data synchronization makes it possible for the user to access the latest information at the first moment, and the timeliness and value of information is thus dramatically improved.
