运用B超观察白牦牛超数排卵期卵巢的变化

摘　　要：首次运用兽用B超仪,对12头天祝白牦牛超排处理期的卵巢变化进行了观察.结果表明：在超排处理后出现了不排卵和排卵两种情况,不排卵组卵泡以Ⅱ类卵泡居多,该类卵泡达到一定大小时并未排卵而是闭锁减小;排卵组有1- 2个Ⅳ类卵泡排卵.同时发现在超声断层扫描面上无明显黄体的卵巢上闭锁卵泡较多.因此,B超在检查白牦牛超数排卵方面有一定的可行性.The ovarian changes of twelve adult white yaks during superovulation were observed using B-mode ultrasonic scanner.The results showed that in the group of anovulation,the Ⅱ-follicle was relatively more and all of them were atresia when they grew to a certain size.In the group of ovulation,one or two follicles which belonged to the Ⅳ-follicle ovulated.More atresia follicles were found in ovaries which no obvious corepus luteums were found on.
