摘  要:箭胡毛杨为20世纪80年代选育出的杨树杂交品种,扦插繁殖是其良种繁殖的主要方式.通过对6、9、12、151、8 cm 5种不同长度插穗与苗木繁殖中生根、成活及根生长等因子的分析,研究了提高箭胡毛杨繁殖系数的技术参数.结果表明,不同插穗长度对箭胡毛杨生根能力、成活率和根生长量均有影响,但其中12、15、18 cm插穗长度间差异不显著.对综合反映苗木根生长量、成活率和插穗长度的参数K值研究表明,K值在插穗长度为9- 12cm区间内最大.因此认为采用9- 12 cm插穗,可在保证苗木生长质量的同时,达到最大的繁殖系数.The×Populus jianhumao,as a poplar hybred cultivar cultivated in 1980',was depended on cutting as the main way of seedling propagation.The cutting propagation trial was designed in 5 cutting length treatments which were 6 cm,9 cm,12 cm,15 cm and 18 cm respectively,aiming at revealing the correlation of the cutting length to three main technological factors such as rooting ability,survival rates of young plants and roots increment.The results showed that the treatments with different cutting length significantly affected on these propagation factors,but no significant differences displayed among three cutting length treatments at 12 cm,15 cm and 18 cm levels.The maximum value of the comprehensive parameter K,a reflecting seedling propagation factors,had occurred in the range from 9cm to 12 cm of cutting length,which could be regarded as the optimum cutting length for guaranteeing the cutting growth quality and obtaining a maximum propagation coefficient.
