摘　　要：阐述了电类基础教学实验室实现虚拟化和网络化的意义,指出实验室建设与实验技术研究的必然趋势,并以北京工业大学电工电子实验室的建设计划专项为例,给出实现上述目标的具体方案。This article introduced the significance of a virtual and networked teaching laboratory for electrotechnics, pointed out the necessary trend of development of laboratory construction and experimental technology research. Taking the construction of electrotechnics and electronics laboratory of Beijing University of Technology as an example, it gave out a concrete scheme to realize the above goal.
